           When the driver's tower lowers the clutch pedal, the hydraulic oil in the clutch hydraulic master pump is sent to the clutch sub-pump through the high-pressure pipeline, and the pressure of the hydraulic oil is applied to the plunger cup in the clutch sub-pump to push the plunger rod forward, and the plunger The rod pushes the release lever forward, thereby pushing the release bearing to press down the release lever to realize the clutch cut off the power separation of the engine and the transmission, and the power is combined when the clutch pedal is lifted.

            Process and material:

            Bleed screw/cylinder/return spring/piston/main apron/auxiliary apron/push rod/dust cover, the pump housing is mainly forged and must be processed by quenching, annealing and grinding.

            Use and precautions:

            1. The process of removing the sub-pump is as follows: open the upper cover of the clutch master cylinder, remove the oil pipe bolts and bleed bolts of the clutch sub-pump, loosen the engine sensor card that blocks the operation, put the cable in a suitable position, and remove the sub-pump 2 fixing bolts, carefully remove the sub-pump.

            2. Dismantling the sub-pump: remove the dust cover from the part near the sub-pump body, the push rod part can be removed directly, push the push rod to the inside of the sub-pump several times, the piston can be ejected, clean the piston and pump Inner cylinder, push rod. At the same time, use a file to gently remove the rust from the rusted part, and soak the piston and sleeve with brake oil; spray the metal part of the piston body with liquid butter.

            3. Reassemble the sub-pump. Push and pull the piston rod to feel the lubricating effect. Finally, spray liquid butter on the putter head;

            4. Reinstall the carriage return. After exhausting the exhaust valve, lock the exhaust valve, and there is no jamming in each gear after the test.
