    Description

             The mechanical energy of the engine is converted into hydraulic energy that drives the steering power cylinder, and then the controlled steering force is output from the steering power, thereby driving the steering wheel to steer. So the steering oil pump is used to convert the power.

            Process and material:
              It is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, oil accumulation pan, stator, rotor, vane, pump shaft, pulley, oil inlet and oil outlet. Equipped with rolling bearings. The pump casing is mainly forged and must be quenched, annealed and pinned.

             Precautions when using:

            1. Regularly check whether the steering hydraulic oil is lacking. If it is lacking, it should be replenished in time. At the same time, the hydraulic oil cup and filter element should be cleaned regularly to prevent the hydraulic oil from being too dirty or deteriorated. It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil every 30,000km.

            2. During maintenance, the tightness of the steering pump belt should be checked to see if there is any fracture. If so, it should be replaced in time. The tightness should be about 1cm pressed by the finger;

            3. Regularly check whether the pipe joints of the hydraulic system have oil leakage. The hydraulic oil pipe should avoid friction with other components as much as possible to prevent damage to the intake air. At the same time, the hydraulic hose should be replaced regularly to prevent the peeling inside the hose from blocking the pipeline;

            4. When repairing the steering gear, it should be installed and adjusted properly, especially the assembly between the worm gear and the worm. The steel balls must be installed enough, and the steel sheet slide rail must not be deformed. The hydraulic oil distribution valve and the piston cavity wall must be installed. Clean and choose high-quality oil seals with matching models to prevent leakage of hydraulic oil;

            5. Do not "kill" the direction when turning, especially when turning in situ, a certain margin must be left to ensure that the hydraulic steering system is in normal operation
