    Description

Attaching leaf springs to stabilize the chassis and frame of the car.

        Process and material:

Commonly used are carbon steel Q235A/Q345B alloy steel stainless steel, etc. Among them, stainless steel materials are 201304, 321, 304L, 316, 316L, and the national standard for U-bolts: JB/ZQ4321-2006. Surface electro-galvanized treatment. Heat treatment after bending.

        Precautions when using:

After the elasticity of the spring is weakened. The torque that the clutch can transmit will become smaller, and the power of the engine will not be fully exerted, resulting in the inability of the locomotive to work. So, how can we prevent early damage to car springs?

        1. The looseness of the riding bolt of the automobile spring or the looseness of the center bolt will increase the load on the main plate of the leaf spring and cause early damage. During normal maintenance, attention should be paid to the tightening of the riding bolt and the center bolt. If damaged, it should be replaced in time.

        2. The vehicle speed is too high, especially on bad roads, which will increase the deformation amplitude of the automobile spring and increase the frequency, which will cause the spring to accelerate fatigue and damage.

        3. When the vehicle is turning, the speed is too high. If the car turns too sharply, it will generate excessive centrifugal force, which will greatly increase the load of the car spring and accelerate the damage of the leaf spring. In order to prolong the service life of the leaf spring and improve the economic benefits, attention should be paid to deceleration when turning.

        4. The car spring is often used in the case of overload or partial load. The car spring is designed according to the rated load quality of the vehicle. The car spring will generate excessive bending stress during operation, which will greatly reduce the fatigue strength of the leaf spring and cause the spring early damage.

When it is found that the elastic force of the clutch spring is weakened, it can be adjusted by adding a gasket of appropriate thickness in the recess of the part in contact with the spring. When adding gaskets, it should be noted that the free lengths of the springs on the same clutch assembly should be the same. If the spring cannot restore the original elastic force after adding the gasket, a new set of springs should be replaced. Under normal circumstances, when the spring is used for 2500~3000h, a 1~2mm thick gasket should be added to adjust the pressure; after 5000h of use, all spring products need to be replaced.
